Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned using the payment method originally used within seven (7) days of purchase with original receipt. Check refunds can only be given after the check has cleared our bank. All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Mountain Brook. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, 10% off promotion for joining our email and texting programs, DISCOUNTED or SALE items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Items sold at 50% or more are sold as is. Any damages or imperfections will be listed in the product page of the item. Please note that dye lots vary on all block printed goods and small imperfections may occur.
ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept approved returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. Approved returns are ones that meet all of our returns policy policies and conditions. Any returns sent back outside of these policies and conditions are subject to be returned to the customer at their own expense. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.

In the event of an order cancellation, a 6% restocking fee will automatically be charged.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future orders being refused. Returns made where more dollars or styles are returned than kept may also be subjected to a 6% restocking fee. Monkee's of Mountain Brook is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the 'My Account' menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Standard Shipping
We offer standard ground USPS shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $15.00, unless otherwise indicated. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather. If you need to discuss online shipping options please call 205-783-1240 before completing your order.
