We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return, please put your item(s) back in the mail and we must receive them within 10 days of purchase to receive store credit (no refunds). Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive store credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, lingerie, and Sale Items are final sale. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Orders" link under the "Account" menu and click the "Return for Store Credit" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
All items will be shipped for a flat $10 shipping charge within the continental United States. Exceptions to this are when we have promotions for free shipping. To discuss other shipping options please call (205) 783-1240.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
