Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within seven (7) business days of purchase with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Mountain Brook. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept only approved returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Approved returns are ones that meet all of our returns policy policies. Any returns sent back outside of these policies and conditions are subject to be returned to the customer at their own expense. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Refunds will be made in the form of a store credit only for approved returns only. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box unworn and the box must be in good condition. Standard Shipping We offer standard ground USPS shipping within the U.S. for a flat rate fee of $15.00, unless otherwise indicated. When your order ships, you will receive an email including tracking information so you can keep an eye out for your package. Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location.
