IN-STORE Returns Policy
Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within seven (7) business days of purchase with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Mountain Brook. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.
ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns received within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached to receive a STORE CREDIT (NO REFUND). Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We will ship anywhere within the United States for a flat rate of $10, unless otherwise indicated as a promotion.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location. If you need to discuss other shipping options please call 205-783-1240.
Not all of our inventory is sold online due to vendor restrictions. If you cannot add to cart, or have any difficulty navigating our website to process your order, please call 205-783-1240 and any of our sales associates will be happy to process your order over the telephone!
